Mental Health Counselor
Vivify Counseling and Wellness is looking for an independently licensed, skilled and compassionate clinician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for clinicians who want to work with self-referred, motivated adult clients in a supportive setting that values both clinical expertise and work-life balance.
The ideal therapist will see 18+ clients per week, with a portion of those during the evening or weekend. Preference given to those with significant experience working with trauma (EMDR trained or related approach), couples, or substance abuse. This position is for in-person work, with minimal virtual work from home. There is an option to provide some services from our Florence, KY location.

Ideal candidate profile
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
- Independent clinical licensure in Kentucky (e.g., LPCC, LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, or psychologist). Dependent licenses may be considered if supervision is received elsewhere.
- Licensed Supervisor applicants who provide supervision internally and/or Ph.D. level practitioners will gain additional pay.
- Preferred experience: Work with adult clients with mood or anxiety disorders, trauma, or substance abuse, using EMDR or related treatment approach.
- Strong interpersonal, clinical, and ethical practice skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and committed to client-centered care.
