Meet Alisa Bivens
Hi, I’m Alisa Bivens, LCSW.
I help adults heal from the lasting effects of complex trauma, anxiety, and struggles with self-worth. With over a decade of experience, I offer a safe and supportive space where you can explore your story, reconnect with your inner strength, and move toward a more grounded and authentic life.
My approach is integrative and holistic. I draw from evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Polyvagal-informed techniques to help you better understand your nervous system, build emotional regulation skills, and feel more resilient in everyday life. Therapy with me is collaborative and compassionate—we’ll move at your pace and work together to develop tools that truly support you.
I’ve always been drawn to helping others make sense of their inner world. My personal and professional journey has deepened my belief that healing is not only possible—it’s your right.
If you’re curious about starting therapy or simply want to learn more, I invite you to reach out and schedule a free consultation. You deserve support that honors who you are and where you’ve been.
